Making a Solid Core Two Panel Shaker Style Door

Materials
- (2) 2×6 x10-foot
- (1) 4×8’ sheet of ¼” hardboard
- Wood glue
- Primer & Paint
- Paintable Caulk
Tools
- Table Saw
- Miter Saw
- Router (I use this one) with ¼” bit (I own this set, which has a 1/4″ straight bit)
- 3 or more pipe clamps (these are the ones I use, with pipe purchased from my local hardware store)
- Finishing supplies (paint brushes, sander + sandpaper, caulk gun)
